This “mug” will keep cold/hot for hours and, unlike most others, fits under my Keurig coffee maker’s spout and into my Pacsafe CourierSafe 100 briefcase’s side water-bottle pocket (I also use a Cup Pilot on the commute for convenience). It holds coffee on the way to work, and ice-water (slightly coffee flavored) on the way home. I liked the mug so much I bought a second back-up.
Zojirushi’s Tuff Mug is unbreakable and constructed of all stainless steel with excellent heat retention. It has an extra wide mouth that makes it very easy for cleaning. Tight fitted lid keeps beverages hotter and colder than travel mugs.. more.

I have to say, it is great. I bought it for my mom because she likes to have hot tea in winter. When she visited us, I bought it at Amazon. It arrived just 2 days after ordering. It works very well, now my whole family enjoy having it and now it becomes the most important electrical item that we use every day in our family. Strongly recommend to everyone!

This product is a ripoff. Each bag of this product can only clean a one qt. pot. A 3 qt. pot requires 3 bags, which amounts to $6 bucks per cleaning. You don’t find this out until you get the product and read the instructions.
This safe and economical cleaner from Zojirushi removes lime, scale and mineral deposit build-up from electric dispensing pots, air pots and carafes. A clean pot means proper water temperature and a fresh clean taste for beverages! This cleaner wil. more.
