Black & Decker PHV1800CB 18-Volt Pivoting-Nose Cordless Energy-Star Handheld Vacuum Cleaner

February 4th, 2010

Folds compact, fabulous power and amazing suction. Too bad they didn’t have a hose attachment. Shop carefully because the prices are all over the place! This vacuum is very loud but the worst problem is that it broke after a short period of having it. I wouldn’t recommend it. Get yourself something that will last longer.I was so excited about this product and it worked great for one day. Then it started making a super shrill high noise – so loud it is literally unusable. Now to begin the fun process of trying to fix it or get our money back….After our old dustbuster, which we had owned for about 15 years (really!), finally gave out we were distraught trying to find a replacement. They just don’t make things like they used to. I was pleasantly surprised that this product is holding its own. Its much larger than I wanted and I can’t imagine mounting it on the wall because of its size.

I love the pivot action and how you can pull out the wand for tighter areas. It has great suction power, much better than our old one. Its also quieter than our old one. But again, our old one was pretty old. Over all this is a great little vac and we are very happy with it.love the storag, and power, with such little thing, it sure suck up for/to you…LOL

A+ for the design and functionaity. read more.
